Am I Fit To Work After 6 Months Of TB Treatment, If My Latest X-ray Shows Minimal TB With Reticular Infiltrates In Both Lung Apices?

Hi Good Day , I already done in 6months Medication in My Pulmonary Tuberculosis and The results of my X-ray is Have a Suspecious Densities in the Right lung And I went In Hospital For Apicolordotic View And the Results Is Confirms the presence of reticular infiltrates in the Bilateral Lung Apices Indicative Of Minimal TB , Can I ask If I am Fit to work Already Because I have A Job Offer now And I need to work As soon as possible Thank You Very Much..Hope To answer
