Am I Pregnant Despite Irregular Periods, And Will Meprate Affect The Baby If I Am?

Hello Doctor, I m 26 years old. I got married before a year. My both ovaries are PCOS. We are sexually active couples. Usually, I get my period around 36 days sometimes regular and sometimes irregular like 42 days. My LMP on july 24 almost 58 days but I didn t have my periods so I took UP test on 52 days. After 10 mins I got faint pink line in T & dark pink line at C and also I had stomach pain, swelling right leg joints, finger and extreme tiredness. My doctor said 99% it will be negative. So she suggest to eat Meprate 10mg for 4 days and folate. I took them. Doctor, I want your advice am I pregnant or not? and will affect if the baby inside?
