Am I Pregnant Or Is My Period Just Late. I

Am I pregnant or is my period just late. I had sex on August 18th and the condom broke so I took Plan B. My next period was a week late and I got it on September 24th. my next period was expected to come on October 23rd but it was late. On October 25th I had unprotected sex but I'm positive he didn't egaculate inside. Now I still haven't gotten my period and I'm 10 days late. My breasts are tender but that's it. Am I pregnant?
