Am I Still At Risk For Dialysis With Diabetic Kidney Disease Given My Improved Creatinine And Stable Blood Sugar?

Hi I am 56 years old, I have diabetic kidney decease,one year ago my serem creatinine level goes to 6.and bsl is upto300.. at that time my doctor said that you may be require dialysis in future if the reports are goes worst, but now my creatinine Level is 1.5 and electrolyte level and sugar level is in normal . So is any risk factor to me at current situation
