Am I Using Progynova And Meprate Correctly For Triplex Syndrome If My Periods Remain Irregular?

hello doc,i am diagonised with tripplex syndrome..i am on my medication..eventhough i am using tabs regularly iam suffering with orregular periods..my advised medicatipn is (progynova 2mg+meprate)...if possible will you suggest me again how to ise this medication..i just think i am taking medication in wrong way..thank you
