Am A 54 Yr 154 # Woman With Left Groin

Am a 54 yr 154 # woman with left groin tenderness, no swelling but mild-to-moderate pain which has been present for 3 weeks now. I had a vein stripping on that leg in 2001 & great saphanous vein was excised from the area. Also in 2007, I had a pfannensteil (sp) incision for partial hysterectomy, left inguinal herniorrhaphy, and a conventional bladder suspension. I've thought for a few years there was recurrence of the hernia or an incisional hernia as I've periodically noted a quick, hard bulging/rolling pressure sensation and have pressed hard to "push it back in" as I told my internal med dr & also the general surgeon. CT scan with contrast was performed a couple days ago and due to get results soon... just wondering if blood clot is possible and a simple groin pull could be causing this and do these or other problems show up on the CT scan?
