Am Experiencing Extreme Pain In Anus..I Have No History Of

Am experiencing extreme pain in anus..I have no history of hemmoroids. Am not constipated and stools are normally not hard. No evidence of blood in stool or urine. Tried suppositories today if pain is hemmoroidal and have experienced no relief whatsoever. Does it take extended time for them to have effect
