Am Having A Noisy Stomach, For Two Days Now Am

Am having a noisy stomach, for two days now am having some pain at my upper chest.most time l will have some shift near my anus and my blood will be moving fast in some part of my body
I have gone for stool test the resultsaid that l have worm and the is strongilodes stercorcoralis, l have taken medication yet l kept having the symptoms.please what will l do
