Am On Low Dose Morphine And Hydrocodene For Hip And

Am on low dose Morphine and Hydrocodene for hip and leg pain from what has been described as Stenosis after an MRI and x-rays. Meds do not seem to be reducing pain level from 8 & 9 which now affects, feet, legs, lower back, hips, neck, arms, fingers along with pains in mastoid area. Am exceptionally tired and balance is poor and fall risk seems to be rising. Am 94 years of age and have been in fairly good health, never smoked and almost zero alcohol in life.Following a bone scan the diagnosis is 'lots of arthritis'. Question: Any recommendation for change in medicines from Morphine and Hydrocodene?
