Am Trying To Discontinue Neurotic And Have Gradually Cut Back

Am trying to discontinue neurotic and have gradually cut back on dosage. Had been 2 days as of this morning that I took last dose and had weakness and dizziness unti I took a minute amount of neurotin powder. My prescription is in capsule form. How can I stop this drug without experiencing these side effects. Neurotin was prescribed for me after extensive back surgery in Oct. 2015.
