Am Very Worried I Had Swallon Lymhnodes And Also Had

Am very worried i had swallon lymhnodes and also had unprotected sex two time in a time gap of 40 days and then i got tested for hiv on 73 day after first exposure and 35 days was for the second and resulted negative on eclia test ...shoud i be worried now a more testing is needed ?...n will the both encounter affect my test result?...
My second question is does leukemia affects the hiv test result giving false result...
My third question is are the enlagerd lymphnodes which are 1.73 mm in size a symbtome of leukemia if not hiv?
