An EKG Today Showed Normal Sinus Rhythm, Possible Left Atrial

An EKG today showed normal sinus rhythm, possible left atrial enlargement low voltage QRS and borderline ECG. I was seen by a doctor today because I've had a cough and swollen glands and my chest hurts. He prescribed amoxicillen and referred me to a cardiologist and to get an xray. What do you think?
I'm a 67 year old female taking no medications but getting allergy shots recently.

Thank you.
