Anout A Week Ago I Got A Warming Sensation At

Anout a week ago i got a warming sensation at the top of my foot which has now spread through my leg to the hip and is accompanied by tingling/pins and needles. The sensation lasts for about 10secs then cools and starts again. It is not painful but very uncomfortable.
