Anteverted uterus is 9.4 x 5.3cm. The myometriun is heterogeneous. In the anterior wall, there is a 2.2 x 2cm fibroid towards the lower uterine segment and 3 x 2.7cm in the fundus. In the posterior wall, there is a 3.5 x 2.8cm fibroid in the mid body and there are two other fibroids that are not measured. In the anterior mid body, there is a 1.1cm cyst.
The endometrium is 7.4mm, trilaminar and appropriate for LMP of June 16, 2014. In the cervic, Nabothian cysts are 9mm and less.
The right ovary is 8.4cc and the left ovary is 8cc. There is a 1.5 x 1.3cm follicle in the right ovary and a 1.7 x 1.7cm follicle in the left ovary. The adnexa and cul-de-sac appear clear.
Bladder echoes are unremarkable, volume 264cc. Post-void volume was 20cc.
IMPRESSION:
Enlarged, anterverted myomatous uterus. At least five discrete fibroid range from 2.2 x 2cm up to 3.5 x 2.8cm. Anterior myometrial cyst, 1.1cm. Nabothian cyst, 9mm and less. Otherwise, normal pelvic ultrasound.
