Any Permanent Cure For Recurring Warts On Face?

Hi i am 18 year old male and i have been getting recurring warts on my face since last four years....Last year i had a wart on my face on my left face for which i was treated by laser surgery which resulted in a scar on my cheek.Lately i noticed that the scar has increased in size and warts are again growing on it.Is there any remedy to permanently cure the warts and remove the scars? Now these warts are growing again what is the safest way and the quikest way to remove them
