Any Permanent Cure To Remove Boils From Legs?

Hello Doc, These I get boils regularly in my under legs i.e. the joint area on the upper part of thigh. It is very painful. I am 42 m / 75 kg / 5'4". I am not diabitic. My BP remains normal. I suffer from frequent aches in the neck and use Ibuprofen+PCM quite often. Please help.
