Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Approx. 8-9 years ago I was trying to hold a door shut during an argument with my boyfriend. I was turned to the side with my foot planted at the bottom of the door and my leg all the way up to the hip pressed against the door. He kicked the door completely off the hinges and all that impact hit me directly in my hip. I felt my hip thrust in the opposite direction and also it felt like something popped. Sharp pain and sore for a few days and now it just CONSTANTLY aches deep down. Over the years it has also started to radiate towards lower back area. I have had x-rays and the doctor said they were fine. Only relief I can get is from a figure 4 stretch. Hard to sit, stand or lay down for extended periods of time. Any suggestions? I can feel that it's slowly getting worse.
