Approximately 2 Years Ago I Had Enormous Pain In My

Approximately 2 years ago I had enormous pain in my rectum area. I do not experiment with anal sex so I was unsure and went to he doctor. I had surgery where the Doctor slightly cut open on both sides of my anal area to reduce pressure of my anal spazaming closed. I get horrilble upper and lower stomach pains depending on what I eat. My bowels also spasum alot during those times. I have had blood clots and bright red blood come out of me when going to the bathroom and I am feeling a little concerned on whats happening. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
