Approximately One Week Ago I Fell Over A Parking Block

Approximately one week ago I fell over a parking block onto a cemented area hitting my left knee right elbow and not sure but I have acute to severe pain in ribs right under right breast. I iced my knee right away. But my knee almost down to ankle had severe swelling .the following day I went to a local urgent care clinic that did not once physically lift my pant leg to check, I explained my fall they took s few xrys nd sent me home telling me to ice and take anti inflammatory. I did but my leg still has swelling which changes but now continues to have moderate pain swelling with stiffness
