Are Alpha D3 And Sandocal 500mg Advisable For Kidney Failure?

Hello Doctor, My father was diagnosed with kidney failure and was given Nephrocap along with Alpha D3 and Sandocal 500 mg and to be on a strict vegetarian diet. Lately, on another checkup with a different doctor we were told that the medicines were not proper. Could you please advise? Thank you
