My husband has been having intermittent aching of the left chest and the VA ran tests that confirmed he hasn't had a heart attack, though his heart is enlarged. His doctor at the VA has him on high blood pressure meds. Now he's mentioned what feels like cramping of the left underarm along with the intermittent ache. Have you ever heard of anything like this?
