Are Betacao, Vizylac, Sarotena, Topamac And Esofag Right Medications For Migraine?

my wife have been suffering from migrane and Dr. have advised her to take these medicine BETACAO TR 40 VIZYLAC SAROTENA 10 MG TOPAMAC 25 MG ESOFAG D In these medicine vizylac for vitamin and esofag d for acidity but rest are for depression. Is these medicine are also helpful in migrane. Please advise us whether we are getting correct treatment or not.
