Are Calpol And Ziprax The Right Medications For High Fever And Vomiting?

Hi Dr. Sb. I am from Patna, Bihar, India. Sir, with respectfully I want to say that my elder daughter who has 10years old and now she is in high fever 103.9F. She is telling headache and after some times did vomiting. I gave her calpol half tablet and ziprax-100, 10ml now.is the dose and medicines are right bcuz thi time approx 4am. Please suggest me.
