Are Ciprofloxacin And Tinadizole Advisable For Diarrhoea And Nausea?

Hi. I've been having up to ten loose motions In a day (no blood or mucus) along with cramps, slight nausea with no vomiting, as well as loss of appetite for 4 days now. There has been no improvement. I just started taking combination ciprofloxacin and tinadizole tablets that I had in the cupboard. Should I be doing this, and is there anything else I should be taking?
