Are Clomid, Glucophage And Corotrop Given For Endometriosis?

After the 4 months treatment with Clomid, Glocofage and Corotrop , unfortunately no pregnancy result achieve

so I went to a doctor here in Egypt for check up ". As per the doctor examinations and test; unfortunately he found what he called "EndometriomSIS" . He found it in the right ovary and the chemical effect is also in the left ovary.



Please I need your advice

I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO..
