Are Duphaston And Duvadilan Tablets Safe During Pregnancy?

I am 12weeks and 17days pregnant now. I feel cramping maybe a week already and my doctor adviced me to take duphaston and duvadilan 2times a day. Is it safe for me especially to my baby? I feel worried, is it okay to have an ultrasound after taking the medicine just to insure my baby is safe and okay?
