Are Fertyl-Clomiphene Citrate-tablets Different From Fertyl-M Tablets?

hello my question is i just got fertyl (clomifene Citrate) tablets but someone said to me these tablets are different from Fertyl M but i checked on the back cover of both has same salt. so are these tablets work same as fertl m cuz i was diagonised as low test and i tried nolvadex before and it worked on me so please reply thx
