Are Genven And Pancreosil Advised For Inflammation Of Intestine And Pancreas?

My parents are in Venezuela at present and my mother has had a colonoscopy and the scope down her throat. They said that she has inflammation of the intestines and of the pancreas. They have prescribed the following 4 drugs to take for one month and they are: Genven, Riopan, Pancreosil and Lepit. I m worried and would like to know if these medications are for what they have said....the language barrier is somewhat worrisome and I just want to know that she is in good hands. They also said that because her stomach is quite small, she has bile that comes up constantly. Can you kindly advise?
