Are Gupisone, Lovir And Aspirin Right Medication For Loss Of Hearing Capacity?

i have lost hearing capacity of my left ear in a early morning on 16th march 2015. I approached one ENT doctor on second day and he advise there in no problem showing . After one week i approached another ENT and he advise me to take PTA test. Through the test it is confirmed that s 90% of hearing capacity of left ear is lost. No i am going through medicine TAB Gupisone 20 MG 1-1-1 times, Lovir 400 1-1-1 times and one aspirin tab on night and acidity tablet also. What is the reason for loosing the hearing capacity and can be recover through this medicine ?
