Are Hilgestrone SR And Duphaston Medication Both Needed To Manage Low-lying Placenta At 15 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

Hello Doctor, I am currently in my 15 week of pregnancy. I am diagnosed with low lying placenta (1.9 cm away from ios). Initially I was given hilgestrone sr 200 to be taken at bed time. Now I am prescribed duphaston to be taken thrice a day. Do both these medicines serve the same purpose.
