Are Hydrocodone-acetaminophen And Hydromorphone Hydrochloride Same?

I have had three surgeries on my left clavicle. The third was a major surgery w/ a plastic surgeon involved. I have been taking Norco 10/325 (Hydrocodone acetamin) but noticed in my last rx the pharmacist included Hydromorphone hydrochloride. Are they identical? Thank you for your assistance.
