Are Implanon Insertions Being Rejected By The Body?

i had an implanon inserted yesterday and its red around the lengh of the rod.
i had 1 inserted 2 weeks ago which became very infected and was prescribed anti biotics. this is my 3rd implanon i have never had an issue before. im concered my body may be rejecting this. is this possible ?
and what should i do ?
