Are Keraglo Eva Tablets Effective In Stopping Hair Fall?

hi doctor! i m living in chennai. i m suffering from hairfall for several years, recently i consulted with one doctor and now i m taking keraglo eva tablets and betamethason lotion , this is advisable? will i get my hair back, and possible for lengthy and thick hair? please advise.
