Are Neeri Tablets Helpful To Remove Kidney Stones?

I have a stone (Approx. 5mm) in kidney, one of my friend has suggested me to take neeri tablets, kindly inform me whether taking neeri tablets will be helpful to me and whether it will remove the stone in my kidney.
