Are Novamox Syrup And Paracetamol Right Medication For Fever In A Child?

hi, My son got fever on sat Morning and vomiting and have cold also. I give paracetamol 250 mg 5 ml on 4.00 AM . and fever got stopped on 6.30. After that is gave novamox-syrup-250 5 ml on morning and night 5 ml and paracetamol 120 mg 3 ml and cough syrup 3.5 ml. Now cold alone is there . What i did is right r wrong ?
