Are Omnacotril With Lan 30 Are Advisable For Alopecia Areata?

sir...i used omnacotril with lan30 (2 per day) for consecutively 3-4 months 18 months ago since i am alopecia areata....do u think these medicines may have caused me any side effects in these 3-4 months and if yes...will these side effects be alrite with time by now since i took them 18 months ago...?? i am using homeopathy for my alopecia treatment....what are the chances of geeting back my whole hairs with it?? thanku sir
