Are PCOD And Headache Related?

dear doc, im 20 years old medical student..recently from two months ive been experiencing temple pain on both sides.its mild in the morning gets severe by afternoon and stays all day..sum tyms may be for two days i dont get them..again there back..docs said i was having tension headaches.later i missed my period for the first time..i went for an ultrasound and found cysts 3cm in right and left ovaries..they dint give me oc pills coz i was having terrible headaches..cud there be any relation between pcod and tension headache? so i took tricyclic antidepressants for twenty days till yesterday..i dint want to take them for a month..and i kept using analgesics..but cud c sum relief with anti deps... i experience dizziness wen i wake up its more..im putting on so much weight..and sum hoe those anti depressants make me so lousy. im always tired and i feel like sleeping so much..plz help me..and i dont want to take anti deps any more.i stopped taking them and i have no pain but sleep alot
