Are PTU And Propranolol Advisable For Enlarged Goitre?

Hi,dr.Andrew,i ve been diagnos of Hyperthyroidism.My doctor said that my health is not yet ready to hve operation,my TSH is Low,and my T4 is high,evry month i performed test,a blood sample,im already upset,because the result made no difference,she gave me PTU and Propanolol,over a year usuing it,I d found out that my goiter is larger than before,.Can i used the prescriptive drugs over lifelong?tnx
