Are Propranolol And Prednisolone Advisable For Subdural Effusion In Parietal Lobe?

Hi Rynne, This is with reference to my daughter Kshithija. MRI brain was done on 21.12.14.showed right capsuloganglionic, temporoparietal and caudate nucleus infarct, tiny infarct in the right corona radiate. After treatments she was stable. However she went for CSF tests everything normal. Neurologist suggests tuberculosis meningitis. ATT steroids started. CSF for HSV PCr was positive. She was becoming normally. MRI brain repeated on 03.01.2015. Showed granulomatous meningitis and intracranial middle cerebral arteries with subacute infarct and dilation of lateral ands 3ventricles with left side subdural effusion in left frontoparietal. She went for subdural effusion by right subdural drain, Subduroperitoneal shunt. Kindly, will Tablets Pacitane,Propranolol, Prednisolone and syrups Eption, Levipil Advisable ...what can be dosages ..... Also baby is developing very good....
