Are Quinox, Metaphage And Planfertil Right Medication For Follicles?

Hi Dr.
I am a single girl and I'm 24. Today I visited a dr. and I did that because i had pain sometimes on the lower part of my tommy, Dr. told me that I have a lot follicles and she figured this through ultrasound. She gave me quinox 500, metaphage 500, and planfertil. I'm not quite sure what is my problem and couldn't understand the dr quite well. Can you please tell me what is my problem?Im kind of worried.Thanks
