Are Ramipace, Amyril And Concor The Right Medications For Hypertension And Diabetes?

i am diabetic and a Hyper tension patient my 24hr urine is on the higher side and have been prescribed Ramipace 2.5mg once a day. i also take amyril 2mg fasting and concor 1.5, after breakfast and in evening after having dinner i take Dagip 50mg. are these medicines right for me...?
