Are STDs Possible During The Change Of Condoms?

hi i had sex couple days back twice using condome with a sex worker. one of the times my pennis size became small and my sex partner changed the condome. i am worried if i could get infected in the change process if having contacted her hands with sex organs....Could you please let me know the change of being infected..
