Are Sinarest Drops Advisable For Cough In An Infant Post Tracheostomy?

Hi I have a 3.5 month old baby who just 8 days ago came out from P-ICU of Big hospital in Delhi, India after 45days after suffering from sepsis suggestive of shock and multi organ dysfunction syndrome. Now she is stable and taking feed orally and normal behaviour.Passing stool and urine normally. Normal response. Weeping and Smiling some time. Although no voice because of trechostomy she had. She was operated with trechostomy and presently on trechostomy uncuffed tube 3.5cm. She has gained weight too close 170gm but because trechostomy we have to do suction with foot operated machine. I have question : 1. We saw few her doing cough at some time, so is it safe to give here sinarest drops (paediatric) 2. Is it really cough or just because secreations it is there which goes after suction.? 3. What will be your suggestion for taking care and what is your opinion for this child. 4. Since last 18 hours she has Loose motion initially in every 20-30 min but now after every 1.5 hour. She is presently on Formula Feed Nan Pro -1 and stool color is yellow.
