Are UTI Symptoms And Flesh-colored Bumps Near My Vaginal Opening For A Month A Concern?

I am a teenager. I was sexually active frequently about a month ago with protection. I am not active frequently anymore, but for the past month I’ve had uti symptoms and itchiness inside my vagina. There are flesh colored bumps where it is itchy towards the opening to my vagina but I’m not sure if those are normally there.
