Are Ultimox Clav And Allegra Advisable For Blisters On Face, Scalp And Abdomen?

I am having some viral infection. I got blisters all over my face ,scalp ,abdomen ,chest and few in legs. I consulted a doctor.
He has given me following meds:
1.Ultimox clav 625
2.dolo 650
3. Pantosec d Sr
4.allegra 120
5. Fluka 150

Is it a good treatment? ?
