Are Vitamin Supplements The Cause For Detection Of Nerve Medicines In Drug Test?

I take b complex,fish oil,fluoxetine,welchol,some pravicade,hydrocodine,over the counter allergy meds,my drug test showed my hydrocodine,plus nerve med,and oxy,I have not and do not take nerve meds or oxy,what could have made it show up this way
