Are All Day Am And Alaspan Am The Same Medicine??

Are all day am and alaspan am the same medicine?? I m having throat pain with saliva secretion n difficulty in talking and swallowing.doctor prescribed me all day am. He said if this doesn't work in 5 days then he will prescribe antibiotic further.But in shops I'm getting alaspan am and not all day am.please suggest.
