Are Antidepressants Right Treatment For Chronic Fatigue And Lightheadedness?

I have a problem with fatigue & am light headed. I ve had all the blood work. One Dr. said I had chronic fatigue and wanted to treat with antidepressants. I also have leg and feet pain. An MRI showed spinal stenosis. I tried chortazone shots but they did not help. I had may bladder removed 3 years ago and had chemo. I have a neo bladder.
