Are Black Outs And Pain In Head Caused By Anxiety ?

my husband is having trouble shutting brain off so i can fall asleep i know i have anexity problems and panic attacks. also have issues in my neck, around my thyroid. i black out sometimes when happens and get very bad pain in my head,can it be connected?
