Are Black Scars From Lichen Planus Completely Curable?

Hi there!! I ve been suffering from Lichen Planus from the past 2 years.... the lesions ve healed to an extent but now I am left with black scars all over my body. I was on medication with topical steroids initially. Now doc ve prescribed anti marks cream. the condition doesn't seem to be idiopathic.. I wonder how long will it take to heal... is it completely curable?
